KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Boca Raton, FL, to lead complex electrical construction from preconstruction through completion. Healthcare, higher education, government, high-rise, and large commercial projects welcome your expertise.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and safety, coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure NEC and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, government, high-rise, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction workflows.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee projects across healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings, high-rise, and large commercial developments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
