Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Working knowledge of construction contract language and estimate packages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control contractual requirements of assigned projects to meet deadlines.
• Manage financial aspects including materials, change orders, and costs to stay within budget.
• Order and deliver materials, equipment, and tools on time.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and trades to ensure project flow.
• Prepare complete project estimate packages under supervision.
• Develop and monitor project objectives and procedures in line with company policy.
• Present work-in-progress reports monthly or as required.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Ensure safety plans and work rules are followed.
