Responsibilities

Lead and perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial projects.
Communicate job status, progress, problems and accomplishments throughout the day in real time.
Lead and work alongside electrical crews, assign work, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Install, troubleshoot, and oversee commercial electrical systems, equipment, and controls.
Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, local codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
Perform inspections and quality control reviews.
Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
