Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Prior contracting or construction management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor weekly tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Forecast factors to maximize efficiency and develop supervision programs.
• Learn scheduling and take responsibility for assigned projects.
• Use estimating information to manage labor and material costs.
• Share manpower and tools across branches as needed.
• Assist Project Managers with resources, tooling, and permits.
• Learn procurement process and order materials for projects.
• Understand billing and collections and manage billings.
• Assist in bidding jobs with estimates and takeoff information.
• Manage projects to meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ensure productivity and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Support quality customer service and resolve issues.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards; train on safety practices.
• Maintain open communication between field and office on safety concerns.
