Qualifications

• Must-have knowledge of building construction methods, materials, systems, and trade practices; familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to interpret schedules and define milestones in complex environments.
• Strong ethics and integrity in client, partner, and team interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites frequently to stay connected with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing comprehensive, schedule-driven project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate resources with the Project Manager to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with milestones.
• Assign tasks and communicate expectations to team members to maintain progress.
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans to keep projects on track.
• Implement and support quality control procedures to meet high craftsmanship standards.
• Participate in status meetings, track progress, and ensure documents are complete and well-organized.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders and promote safety and collaboration.
• Support change management by maintaining logs and analyzing scope, schedule, and cost changes.
