Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver large, complex electrical construction projects. You will support scheduling, costs, resources, and documentation across teams, removing roadblocks and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ownership, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset; travel to construction sites is expected as projects demand. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting industrial and/or commercial electrical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of relevant education, training, and applied experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing schedule-driven project plans with defined scope and timelines.
• Coordinate resources with Project Manager to meet milestones.
• Monitor project risks and support change management activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards across teams.
