Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver large, complex electrical construction projects.

You will keep schedules, costs, resources, and documentation organized while coordinating across teams and keeping work moving forward. This role suits someone who takes ownership, pays attention to details, and thrives in a fast-paced environment; travel to construction sites is frequently required, and you will collaborate with clients and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Ability to perform due diligence and risk assessment to support project decisions.
• Integrity and ethical judgment when working with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of building construction methods, materials, systems, and trade practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop schedule-driven project plans with defined scope, objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate resources with Project Manager for efficient utilization and milestones.
• Assign tasks and support team members to maintain progress and schedule.
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain project documents, ensuring accuracy and organization.
