Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager on large or multiple projects. The role involves administrative and technical direction, with potential bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss under supervision.

You will assist in coordinating design, construction, budgets, and schedules, with travel to project locations as needed. The ideal candidate holds a related degree, has some project experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training/experience or skills with understanding of project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the total construction and design effort to ensure project aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project stakeholders, including General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist in selecting project staffing such as superintendent and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA requirements are met.
