Job summary

OEG, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to supervise construction sites from bid through closeout. You will oversee contract scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with estimators, foremen, and safety teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record in cost control and timely project delivery on complex sites.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of electrical construction and theory from a five-year apprentice program.
• Prefer five years in a project management role outside OEG.
• Electrical apprenticeship and leadership roles valued.
• Experience in mission critical data center construction desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and technical management on construction sites from bid through closeout.
• Read and understand contract scope, changes, and notice requirements.
• Determine pricing method (fixed price, T&M, GMP) and manage closeout.
• Develop and track job cost, schedule, and labor resources.
• Coordinate submittals, change orders, and payments with stakeholders.
