Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee electrical subcontractors on Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects. The role focuses on managing schedules, startup, and commissioning while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical project management, experience with NEC codes, and a proven ability to drive on-site teams to deliver quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Project Manager on water/wastewater or similar infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field or electrical trade school graduate.
• Journeyman or Master electrical license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical & I&C subcontractors for water and wastewater projects, on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for electrical and I&C work.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services for electrical installations.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and change orders for all project phases.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure installed systems meet contract drawings and specs.
• Review and approve electrical subcontractor pay applications.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
