Zusammenfassung

Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commissioning & Startup Manager to lead the commissioning of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant projects. You will drive plans, schedules, and risk mitigation to ensure operational readiness and on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commissioning & startup within the water/wastewater sector, plus supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate with multiple subcontractors and management teams.

Qualifikationen

Four-year degree inEngineering/Construction/Electrical etc. or closely related field.
5+ years' experience in commissioning and start up.
1+ years supervisory experience.
Experience in water/wastewater industry or similar industrial construction.
Proficient with technical manuals, drawings, schematics.

Aufgaben

Lead development and execution of commissioning and startup plans.
Execute commissioning and startup of water/wastewater plants.
Coordinate with Electrical Subcontractor, I&C Subcontractor and team.
Provide updates to senior management on progress and risks.
Develop detailed project schedules for commissioning and startup.
