Job summary

David Aplin Recruiting seeks a senior field leader to own electrical execution on large, complex industrial projects in the Chandler, AZ area. You will lead and develop a sizable team (often 10–14 direct reports) and guide safety, schedule, budget, quality, and turnover for electrical scopes.

You’ll drive electrical planning, sequencing, energization strategy and coordinate with civil/structural/mechanical/I&C teams, while maintaining strong client-facing communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution for one major project or multiple concurrent projects, owning outcomes across safety, schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and profitability for electrical scopes (self-perform + subcontractors).
• Drive electrical planning, constructability, sequencing, energization strategy, and turnover/commissioning readiness.
• Act as the senior point of accountability for electrical scope delivery in coordination with civil/structural/mechanical/I&C/commissioning teams.
• Run strong client-facing communication and present professionally to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders.
• Support pursuits/preconstruction as needed (execution plans, manpower curves, client presentations).

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• You’ll be client-facing from early project conversations through closeout/turnover, while leading and developing a sizable team (often10–14 direct reportsacross project/field leadership).
• Must be based in / relocate toChandler (Phoenix area), AZ(not remote; not based out of other offices).

COMPENSATION

• $180,000–$220,000 base salary
• Per diem(allocation-based)
