Rise Technical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects and drive growth within an employee‑owned, well‑established team. You will manage project finances, client relationships, and drive progression toward senior leadership within a growing organization.

The role offers a lucrative salary range of $120,000–$145,000 base plus discretionary bonus up to 25%, car allowance, PTO, weekly allowance, progression

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating within electrical construction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar commercial electrical projects.
