Center & Mission Critical Construction seeks an experienced Electrical Field Superintendent to lead data center, commercial, and industrial construction projects nationwide. You will manage crews, coordinate daily field activities, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will mentor foremen and crews, coordinate trade partners, monitor schedules, and assist with plans and look-ahead sequences. Travel and per diem are available for qualified candidates.

Competenze

• Experience as a Field Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar field leader.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction.
• Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating complex field activities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and productivity.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Position Overview

We are partnering with a leading electrical contractor seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to support large-scale data center, mission-critical, commercial, and industrial construction projects across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on field leader who excels at managing crews, coordinating daily construction activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
