Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, and one-line diagrams.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with NEC and industry standards.
• Proficient in Excel and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, and contract requirements to determine scope.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for electrical systems.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
• Identify exclusions, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare bid summaries and final bid packages.
