Qualifications

• Prior Division Manager experience within the electrical construction industry.
• Proven responsibility for operational and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of project management, estimating, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Experience leading cross-functional construction teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in office and job-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day division operations and achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and P&L
• Oversee project management, estimating, job processing, and profitability reviews
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, productivity, and resource allocation
