Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Ability to learn commissioning processes for electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to learn construction management software such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with contract administration and coordination meetings.
• Support document tracking, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Help monitor project schedules and budgets using company tools and templates.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing project progress and key metrics.
• Support field teams in verifying installations meet design and quality expectations.
• Help document construction activities through photos, logs, and progress summaries.
• Assist in collecting and organizing closeout documentation.
• Learn about risk management, safety, and quality assurance practices on active job sites.
• Prepare visual materials and reports for internal and client‑facing updates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project improvements.
• Maintain professional communication and collaboration with team members and contractors.
• Leverage AI‑enabled and digital tools to enhance efficiency and output.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and learn new technologies.
