Job summary

PPC Partners is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support all phases of electrical construction projects under the guidance of a senior Project Manager. The role blends hands-on field experience with increasing responsibility in scheduling, estimating, procurement, and customer relations.

You will develop skills in project leadership, safety, waste elimination, and operating systems while delivering projects to high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Sciences or Engineering or related field.
• Experience in contracting, engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Help establish weekly tasks, timing and responsibilities.
• Analyze and forecast factors affecting results to maximize efficiency.
• Develop programs, strategies and supervision.
• Learn scheduling process and take responsibility on assigned projects.
• Be trained to use estimating information to manage labor and material costs.
• Share manpower, resources and tools across branches as needed.
• Assist Project Managers to manage resources, tooling and permits.
• Learn procurement process and order materials.
• Understand billing and manage billings.
• Understand bidding jobs and manage scope, timeline and budget.
