Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for electrical construction in Waterford, OH. You will support the execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and field staff to manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.

The role requires 2–5 years in electrical construction, strong scheduling and cost-tracking skills, and readiness to travel to active project sites.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical construction or related project roles.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Understanding of electrical construction processes and lifecycle.
• Ability to travel regularly to active project sites.
• Experience supporting commercial/industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Track budgets, costs, and procurement.
• Assist with schedules, lookaheads, and production tracking.
• Support QA/QC and safety practices on site.
• Assemble closeout documents and warranties.
