Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Ohio operations, based on a Conesville, Ohio jobsite. You will support scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration to drive on-site efficiency.

Requirements include 1+ year on a commercial construction site or relevant degree/certificate, and OSHA certification is a bonus. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field or project experience on a commercial construction site (including internship).
• Degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field, or a Construction Management certificate.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFI creation and submission and ensure integration into project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on submittal process lifecycle.
• Assist with change orders creation, submission, and management.
• Capture progress by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite.
• Monitor project schedule and report updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership.
• Work with the Foreman on material delivery to site.
• Lead project close-out including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock.
• Develop understanding of project finance with leadership.
