Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking an Electrical Constructability Manager – VDC/BIM to oversee constructability during the detailing process. The role partners with internal teams and external clients to ensure adherence to company construction standards, coordinating quality control and project execution across locations in San Antonio and Houston.

This onsite position requires strong leadership, experience with Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD, and a track record of guiding multi-location teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years’ related experience, including project/people management; or trade apprenticeship with 8 years’ field experience.
• Experience leading multi-location teams and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of design and coordination processes and constructability guidance timing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of constructability for the division and ensure adherence to standards.
• Implement company construction standards through detailing and coordination processes.
• Maintain quality control and manage project execution across locations.
• Lead kick-off meetings and mentor staff across sites.
• Report progress to divisional management and manage budgeting processes.
