Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience, including project/people management.
• Field Foreman/General Foreman preferred.
• Ability to promote excellent relationships with internal team members.
• Ability to set deadlines and adhere to project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of constructability for the division.
• Implements the company’s construction standards.
• Initiates constructability kick-off meetings.
• Leads varying projects to satisfactory completion.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of AEC, BIM, CAD software

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
