Job summary

Amazon Leo in Redmond, WA is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Configuration Management Engineer to own the end‑to‑end EE CM lifecycle, spanning ECAD libraries, PCB design, engineering docs, PLM synchronization, and handoff to supply chain and manufacturers.

You will standardize processes, enforce BOM structures, drive data integrity across EDM and Teamcenter, and lead EE CM initiatives across multiple projects, fostering training and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in EE/CE/SE or related field.
• Hands-on CM experience in EE/ECAD environment.
• Experience with PCBA design-to-manufacture workflows and BOM management.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the full EE CM lifecycle.
• Define and enforce PCBA lifecycle standards and BOM conventions.
• Drive EDM-PLM synchronization and data integrity.
• Author and maintain EE CM standards as champion of the domain.
• Ensure traceability and release standards for custom components.
• Develop CM training materials and enablement programs.
