Zusammenfassung

Raytheon is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join the Effector Subsystems Products (ESP) Department in Huntsville, AL. The candidate will perform Parts Engineering, Components Engineering or Applications Engineering tasks across proposal, SDD, LRIP, production and support phases.

Day-to-day work includes interfacing with designers, ECAD, program management, and suppliers; determining SOW and environmental requirements; providing part selection guidance; and supporting IPTs with BOM

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required, with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with obsolescence management methodologies.
• Experience with Parts Standardization and technology insertion.
• Experience with BOM development and management for development/production programs.

Aufgaben

• Interface with designers, ECAD, program management and other disciplines.
• Determine SOW and customer component/application requirements.
• Determine environmental/characteristic requirements for components.
• Provide guidance on technology insertion and part selection within constraints.
• Collaborate with suppliers to delineate component risk and verification.
