ETS Staffing is seeking an Assembler to join our team at the Watervliet Arsenal on-site. The role involves assembling small components per blueprints, performing quality checks, and logging production data. 1st shift, full-time, with a $18-$20 per hour wage and weekly pay.

Candidates should have strong manual dexterity, the ability to read instructions, and comfort with computer data entry. Real ID or Enhanced ID and security screening are required to access the installation.

• Able to read and follow blueprints and documentation.
• Experience with data entry and production tracking is a plus.
