Job summary

Salute Mission Critical LLC is seeking a Commissioning Agent (CxA) with a technical background in commissioning, verification techniques, functional performance testing, critical power equipment, and O&M knowledge for data center projects.

The role requires significant travel, up to 50-75% annually, to sites including Hamlet, NC, and other key locations, to verify electrical systems align with design intent and Owner's Project Requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
• Travel readiness for 50–75% of time as required
• General understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Review training documentation and apply to daily activities
• Communicate with Clients / Engineers of Record / GC's / Subs / Vendors
• Learn and implement the Cx process in the field
• Develop Cx procedures using a template
• Assist PM with Cx schedule development
• Connect and operate PQM test equipment on data center equipment
• Perform infrared (IR) scanning and record data
• Assist with report development
