Procter & Gamble Mehoopany Plant offers a Cooperative Education Program designed to give hands-on experience in a world-class manufacturing environment. You will work with automation, robotics, PLC/SCADA/HMI systems and advanced packaging equipment on real projects from Day 1.

The role emphasizes learning on the production floor, collaboration with experts, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge tech to drive manufacturing innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Applied electrical and controls skills in industrial settings.
• Pursuing a degree in relevant electrical tech programs at Johnson College.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed packaging, processing, and utilities power/control systems.
• Use electrical test equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and program PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Diagnose and maintain VFDs, servo controls, and robotics.
• Repair and optimize machine and process control equipment for efficiency.
• Analyze data/trends to identify potential control system issues and solutions.
