Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a cell leader for our assembly floor in the United States. You will help build equipment, direct team members across assigned work areas, and support the supervisor with daily assignments and tier meetings.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment, adherence to safety practices, and collaboration with operations to maintain production flow and quality. Standard plus overtime and weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read BOMs, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning Tier Meetings with direct reports in assigned areas.
• Supervise daily work assignments and direct employees in flow lanes and sub-assembly areas.
• Ensure production orders are built per schedule to meet ship dates.
• Maintain safety, QA documentation, and 5S housekeeping in the work area.
• Assist supervisor with skills development and training of new employees.
