Job summary

Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA is seeking an Electrical Cell Lead to supervise daily manufacturing activities and lead a cell of production workers. You will oversee BOM-based assembly, drawings, and wiring, while driving safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead Tier Meetings, coordinate with supervisors, and help develop skills across the team. The role requires hands-on leadership, equipment assembly, and adherence to safety protocols to maintain schedules and ship

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production cell or team.
• Ability to read BOM, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Commitment to safety and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sheet metal parts from BOM and drawings using tools.
• Lead daily Tier Meetings and update production boards.
• Ensure orders meet schedule and ship dates.
• Direct flow lane teams with daily tasks.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
• Complete QA inspection and in-process paperwork.
