Job summary

LJA Energy is seeking a CAD Technician II – Electrical to produce and revise electrical drawings for industrial facilities, including lift and pump stations. You will work closely with engineers in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of electrical drafting experience and formal AutoCAD/MicroStation certification, with proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical. On-site roles at multiple locations offer growth and hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Formal training in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation with certification.
• 3–5 years of professional, full-time experience in electrical drafting.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and revise electrical drawings for industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to update design packages.
• Apply drafting standards such as NFPA 70 (NEC) and API RP 500.
• Use AutoCAD and MicroStation features to ensure accuracy.
