Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of drafting experience, strong AutoCAD/MicroStation skills, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years relevant experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Ability to create/modify drawings from engineer-provided markups with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication within a team.
• Highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of drafting principles, techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise drafting packages for Protection & Control, SCADA, and Communications systems.
• Produce and update Physical Electrical drawings incl. layouts, elevations, and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with CAD leads across Leidos offices to manage workload and ensure quality and schedule commitments.
