Job summary

PacifiCorp in Portland is seeking design specialists at multiple levels to draft, detail, and validate electrical drawings for structures, installations, and projects, using CAD tools and established engineering guidelines.

You will prepare construction drawings, bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and layout plans; collaborate with field teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and electrical substations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• General knowledge of engineering standards and drawings.
• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to create material lists from a drawing for engineering approval.

Responsibilities
