Job summary

The City of Gresham is hiring an Electrical Building Inspector (Building Inspector 2) to perform residential and commercial electrical inspections. This full-time position includes Oregon PERS retirement and full medical, dental, and vision benefits.

We require Oregon EI and CAE certifications at hire, a relevant associate degree or college coursework in Building Inspection Technology, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years in Building Inspection Tech plus 3–6 years in building construction or related education, training, and experience.
• EI and CAE certifications required at hire; valid driver’s license and good driving record
