Job summary

QED seeks a Branch Manager in Highlands Ranch, CO to lead counter sales, drive revenue, and oversee daily operations with P&L responsibility. You’ll implement strategic initiatives, analyze market data, and ensure efficient inventory control while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires leadership, CRM experience, and strong communication skills, with a schedule from 6:00am to 4:00pm and a compensation package starting at $70,000+, plus an annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
• Experience with Eclipse or similar CRM system.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in teamwork and collaboration.
• Familiar with inventory management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive counter sales growth and implement company initiatives.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Prepare sales reports showing sales volume and potential growth areas.
• Establish operational procedures for shipment verification, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Set goals for the area and implement methods to improve efficiency.
• Ensure training for safe equipment operation and adherence to safety policies.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with production, sales, and procurement.
• Manage inventory levels and annual counts; resolve inventory issues.
• Communicate with management and subordinates on policies and decisions.
