Sonepar USA Inc in Denver seeks a Regional Branch Manager to drive sales growth, oversee daily operations, and take P&L responsibility across density locations in Colorado. You will partner with Branch Managers to execute sales strategies and manage inventory, ensuring top-tier service and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years leading a team or branch, strong knowledge of electrical products, and CRM/inventory systems experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a team or branch operation.
• Knowledge of electrical products and applications.
• Experience with Eclipse or similar CRM system and inventory management software.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Branch Managers at density locations across Colorado to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Directs and coordinates promotion of products sold or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine branch and department progress toward stated goals; develop and implement sales plans.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop others to improve effectiveness.
• Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of client base expansion.
• Implement and monitor company initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
• Oversee daily operations, including order processing, customer service, and staff management.
• Analyze financial statements and manage P&L to ensure profitability.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
