Qualifications

• Requires proven experience as a BIM/VDC Designer or similar role (electrical construction preferred).
• Strong proficiency in BIM software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain detailed 3D BIM models of electrical systems (conduit, cable tray, lighting, power distribution, equipment).
• Coordinate with multi-trade teams; perform clash detection and produce installation/shop drawings.
• Support construction planning, sequencing, and visualization using BIM models.
• Generate spool drawings and model assemblies for prefabrication; assist with field layout using BIM-based layout tools.
• Maintain model documentation and assist with as-built development at project close.
