Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler in Boca Raton, FL to develop and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage and coordinate with design and field teams.

You will perform clash detection, constructability reviews, generate takeoffs, and support milestone submissions to deliver coordinated models for commercial electrical construction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• 1+ year of BIM experience.
• 1+ year of 3D modeling experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Perform constructability reviews and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with project teams through weekly BIM coordination meetings.
• Generate quantity takeoffs and support project documentation.
• Update and manage BIM models, file exchanges, and milestone submissions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams to deliver coordinated models.
