Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical BIM modeling within electrical construction.
• Translate complex drawings and one-lines into accurate 3D models.
• Experience with Data Center or hyperscale low-voltage systems including fiber/telecom.
• Knowledge of power distribution, MV, and fire alarm layouts.
• Model electrical equipment with scale-accurate dimensions and clearances.
• Proficient in BIM software: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D BIM models of electrical systems for complex projects.
• Translate drawings, one-lines, and panel schedules into BIM models.
• Model MV and power distribution systems for Data Center environments.
• Coordinate fire alarm, lighting, and branch power layouts within BIM.
• Collaborate with teams to reflect design intent and constructability.
• Update models as field changes arise and resolve clashes.
