Job summary

System One in Dallas, TX is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler to join our engineering team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining electrical BIM models using Revit and coordinating with other disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical industry experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to develop construction documents and review models for clashes from design through construction.

Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary: $60,000-$80,000 DOE

We’re Hiring: Electrical BIM Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical industry experience along with strong Revit/BIM modeling skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction or engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit
• Develop electrical layouts, plans, and construction documents
• Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and potential conflicts
• Assist with clash detection and resolution
• Make revisions based on project requirements and field changes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous electrical industry experience required
• Professional experience using Revit required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electrical contracting or MEP construction

• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical projects

Compensation

$60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
