Job summary

The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical industry experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to develop construction documents and review models for clashes from design through construction.

Qualifications

• Electrical industry experience is required.
• Professional experience using Revit is required.
• Experience with electrical BIM modeling and construction documents.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Develop electrical layouts, plans, and construction documents.
• Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and potential conflicts.
• Assist with clash detection and resolution.
• Make revisions based on project requirements and field changes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure models meet project specifications.
• Support projects from design through construction.
