Job summary
Nestlé USA is seeking an Electrical & Automation Technician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical and computer-based equipment across process control systems. You will support the factory's electrical and automation engineering, assist with capital projects, and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, coordinating with maintenance leadership and production leadership, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
- Automation systems for building, facility, utility, and process controls experience
- Siemens PLCs and process/motion control experience
- HMI systems experience (WinCC, PanelView, InTouch)
- Strong electrical distribution and safety practices
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data to reduce unplanned downtime
- Troubleshoot equipment with cross-functional teams
- Report to maintenance/production leadership with minimal supervision
- Perform real-time troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Document electrical and automation platforms and machine stops
