Job summary

Nestlé USA in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Electrical & Automation Technician to maintain and troubleshoot process control equipment. You will support electrical and automation engineering functions, assist with capital projects, and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, $44.80/hour with a $2 shift differential, 401k with company match, medical/dental/vision, paid sick leave and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance; process industry preferred.
• Experience with automation systems for building, facility, utility, and process controls.
• Experience with Siemens PLCs and process/motion control logic.
• Experience with HMI systems (WinCC, AB PanelView, InTouch/ArchestrA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to improve electrical and automation equipment unplanned stops.
• Work with cross functional departments to troubleshoot equipment.
• Reports to maintenance/production leadership with input from Electrical & Automation Engineer.
• Execute real-time troubleshooting and follow-up on issues; participate in preventative maintenance as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all electrical and automation platforms.
