Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience in a continuous process environment.
• 5+ years electrical and automation experience.
• 1+ year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, clean work environment with safety as a priority.
• Lead and develop a team of electrical and automation staff.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues on equipment and systems.
• Oversee maintenance of high/medium/low voltage distribution and substations.
• Plan and document PM and PdM activities and maintain maintenance records.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance uptime and reduce costs.
