Job summary

The role requires hands‑on experience with motors, PLCs, VFDs, and reading electrical schematics, along with strong problem solving and teamwork. A technical certificate or associate degree is preferred, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience as industrial electrical technician in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and control panels.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance on motors, control panels, and wiring.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install new electrical systems and equipment, ensuring safety compliance.
• Adhere to electrical safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve efficiency.
• Work a 12-hour rotating schedule including weekends as needed.
• Support lean manufacturing principles and Toyota Production System.
