Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Electrical & Automation Leader to drive reliability and performance across the manufacturing facility. You will lead a maintenance and automation team, act as the technical expert for electrical systems, and collaborate to optimize plant operations and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and project execution in a fast-paced environment, with focus on CAPA, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Controls, Automation, Electrical Power, or related field with 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years in supporting industrial controls, automation, MES, power distribution or industrial IT.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation and MES environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maintenance E&A team through coaching, training, performance management, and daily supervision.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for electrical, automation and process control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, MCCs, MES).
• Maintain and improve automation documentation, drawings, and standards.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with LOTO procedures.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution of medium-to-large automation projects.
• Mentor and grow technical capabilities across plant staff.
