Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure and convert fractions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
• Read and understand spec sheets and hardware specs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components per drawings and specs.
• Maintain and use tools properly.
• Inspect during process to ensure quality and follow instructions.
• Handle ship-prep tasks including splitter gear.
• Promote safety and attend safety meetings.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
