Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds division in Meadowlands, PA is seeking an Operator to inspect and assemble commercial electrical products. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a team environment.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment (welders, presses, benders, switchboxes), running and monitoring machines, and recording production data, with overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefits available for this position.
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Meadowlands, PA to be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area limitation.
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including but not limited to welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes according to work instructions.
• Run machines, monitor their operations, and record operational production data.
• Inspect finished product for quality per standard work instructions.
• Complete production reports to communicate production output to management.
• Maintain housekeeping in work area.
• Perform above work on one or more lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
