Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing leader, seeks an Electrical Assembly Lead in Memphis to coordinate daily activities in the electrical assembly area and lead hands-on assembly and integration work.

You will guide Electrical Assemblers, ensuring schedules, quality, safety and customer specs are met; serve as the primary technical resource for control panels, power distribution, sensors and motors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical assembly or related electrical trades.
• Experience with complex electrical integrations, control panels, motors, sensors, relays and power distribution.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting wiring and integration issues.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using electrical testing equipment and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Perform advanced electrical assembly, wiring, testing and integration activities.
• Assign and coordinate work to ensure production, quality and delivery objectives.
• Support complex electrical integrations including control panels and power distribution.
• Monitor production flow and escalate issues as needed.
• Review wiring accuracy, component installation and workmanship standards.
• Train and coach technicians on assembly methods and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on troubleshooting and corrective actions.
