Job summary

You will guide Electrical Assemblers, enforce schedules, safety, and customer specs, and serve as the primary technical resource for control panels, wiring, sensors, motors, and power distribution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related electrical trades.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Experience with complex electrical integrations, control panels, motors, sensors, and power distribution systems.
• Experience training, mentoring, and supervising technicians in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow in the electrical assembly area to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Perform advanced electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and integration activities.
• Assign and coordinate work to ensure production, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Support complex electrical integrations involving control panels, power distribution, sensors, motors, and wiring.
• Train and coach Electrical Assemblers on methods, safety, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on troubleshooting and corrective actions.
