Regal Rexnord's Thomson Power Systems is expanding a new Arlington, TX facility and seeks an Electrical Assembly Lead to work closely with the Production Supervisor. You will lead the electrical assembly team, prep workstations, and help drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical panel/switchgear assembly, strong schematic reading, and experience coaching crews. On-site schedule Monday-Thursday or Tue-Fri, 5:45 AM–4:15 PM, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical qualifications preferred.
• 5+ years in electrical panel/switchgear assembly.
• Experience leading a crew of assemblers/technicians.
• Ability to read complex schematics and work instructions.
• Proficiency with Lean manufacturing and ISO standards.
